Welcome to the Mission
Good Sunday morning,
I want to welcome everyone to the community. Take a look at the Pinned Post that provides the vision that I have for this group.
A little introduction of myself. I am a proud Pentecostal Christian. I am a Pioneer Pastor in Salmon Arm, BC with the Christian Fellowship Ministries. My wife and two kids and I are building a community church focused on seeking and saving the lost.
I am also a Senior Account Manager with Hilti Canada. I love the tools and the opportunity to help construction professionals throughout the British Columbia Interior region.
I am a United States Marine Corps veteran as well as a US Air Force reserve veteran. I worked for the US Navy as a civil servant for a number of years as well.
All of these experiences have brought their own unique struggles. One of the common threads of all of them is the need for a solid foundation. I have found my foundation in Christ.
I strive to serve with Christ in mind. In order to keep moving forward I have found it necessary to also focus on fitness. As a disabled veteran I too struggle with chronic pain. So my fitness journey is not one of try to win awards but rather one of endurance. I want to keep running my race.
So again welcome to the Mission! I pray that this community grows and becomes a place where we can learn from each other and grow in Christ together and grow in strength and resilience together also.
