Today’s word is DISCIPLINE.
It gets you up when motivation is quiet.
It breaks patterns you are tired of repeating.
Discipline trains your mind to move on purpose instead of waiting to feel ready.

Notice the order.
Get up first.
Courage follows.
Presence is already there.
You are not doing this alone.
You move because He moves in you.
