MENTORING CLASS
Yesterday Mentor Emma took us in the interview preparation session, we started with revision on calming interview nerves then inclusiveness, equality and GDPR.
GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation/Legislation) governs the way in which we can use, process, and store personal data [ information about an identifiable ,living person]-It came into effect on 25th May 2018 to replace or stand alongside with DPA (Data protection Act)
GDPR stands on 7 key principles /Pillars/ Characteristics
Lawfulness, fairness & Transparency;
Purpose Limitation;
Data Minimisation;
Accuracy
Storage Limitations
Integrity & Confidentiality
Accountability
