Canada peeps what is the procedure to get botox for axillary hyperhidrosis covered by private health plans?

Do you bill the patient and then have them submit a claim to their insurance? If so do you charge your usual per unit rate, or a lower flat fee?

Or do you prescribe the botox, have them get it at the pharmacy via their insurance, and only charge an injection fee?

Trying to figure out what is standard practice and what is most convenient for patients…
