I'll go first.
I'm Oren. Father of 3 boys: 6, 4, 4. Based in Israel. Data and validation team lead by day. Building Dads'42 because something scared me and I couldn't let it go.
The fear wasn't that I'd fail my kids.
The fear was that I'd replicate my own father's absence without even noticing. That I'd be physically present and emotionally somewhere else, and my boys would feel it the same way I did.
That's what sent me down the rabbit hole.
Anna Machin's research. Adlerian psychology. Marcus Aurelius in the margins. I wasn't looking for a parenting book. I was looking for a framework I could actually run.
