Tool Time
Fellas, during our call last night we came up with something we want to try out at our First Friday meetings, and we think you're going to dig it.
We're calling it "Tool Time".
Here's the premise: Every one of us has at least one skill set (or tool), something we are so good at we can probably teach it. So, let's see it.
One Dad will have a 30 minute block of time to teach the rest of us something. This could be a card trick, a recipe, how to create something in AI, the only limit is your imagination. Want to practice your Shark Tank idea pitch? Done. Aspire to be a comedian and want to workshop your set? Say less. Talk about your business? Okay, but try not to be boring.
We figured 10 minutes to pitch or teach about a tool you found or whatever it is, and then 20 minutes of Q&A or informal workshop after, and that becomes a nice value add to our meeting to attract more Dads, and then we can spend the remaining 2 hours snacking and playing cards or whatever we want.
What do you think?
What would you do with your 30 minutes of our undivided attention?
