Teams.
Yesterday saw some of our coaching team get together for a 2 hour workshop to prepare them for back to school today.
Our team is currently built up of
- 3 directors
- 3 office staff
- 29 sports coaches
- 9 camp managers
- 4 camp supervisors
- 20 activity leaders
68 staff in total which is a crazy increase of 24 from this point last year.
My focus in the business now is finances, systems and processes to build a structure that allows the business to continue to grow without demanding more of my time.
We added 30% to our revenue last year and my working hours remained the same. This year we aim to add another 30% and my working hours to decrease.
One of the 5 pillars has played a huge part in this which is “organisation” I have had to be on top of everything to allow me the time to be at home as much as I normally am all whilst the business is making such big steps forward.
