Set up your day the night before.
Put tasks you want/ need ti complete the following day on paper or in your phone notes and tick them as you go. (Actually ticking them is huge - makes all the difference to see a list get done)
Set up your clothes for the next day - I like to train at 6am so I lay my gym clothes and out and pack my bag ready so I have less reasons why not to in the morning.
Phones and devices away a minimum of 30 minutes before sleep. Give you brain and body the best chance of getting a good recovery.
