Question about Quantum Exams as a final resource

Hey guys, I already failed the CISSP once after aceing the official isc2 practice test with their official study material. I use this community now after finding it on linkedin. I am doing what I can do pass the test again. I see a lot of these people that pass the CISSP credit the mike chapel guy this group and quantum exams. Has anyone used them? Do you recommend them? Budget is not a problem and I'm very familiar with all of the domains, I believe I failed due to the networking and disaster recovery, not the management thinking. Please let me know if you would recommend the quantum exams.
