You see, but do you observe?
When you go to the tax assessor's site, what do you see? If you go just to say you went and got the total arrears, and that's it...you're missing out on so much more of a story.
It's kind of like you going to the gym and not lifting any weights...how are you supposed to grow muscle and get the definition you want?
