A Little More Ease
We all know how to name what feels hard.
What feels heavy. What feels uncertain. What still needs attention. It’s the easiest thing to do.
But this week, I want to shift the focus just a little.
Let’s talk about what’s been flowing better lately.
Not in a “life is perfect” way.
More like… something feels more manageable. The tension eased. You’re not fighting yourself as much.
You might want to explore:
  • What feels easier to carry than it used to
  • Where you’re moving with less second-guessing
  • What you’ve stopped overcomplicating
  • What’s quietly working in your life right now
Write from here…
  • “Something that’s been easier for me lately is…”
  • “A small win I noticed is…”
  • “I’m handling ___ so better than I would have before.”
  • “One thing I’m doing differently now is…”
If you want to go a little further:
Write one sentence you want your body to trust this week.
Then write one small action that supports that sentence.
