what I want you all to do is take 1 day of, preferably the weekend, and what I want you to do is just take 1 day of every week and think and think and think for hours on hours. Doesn't matter, let you mind get loose and free. and what I want you to do is, try come up with a plan you're going to do for the week ahead. or come up with something you are going to stick to and think of every possible way you will do this and every possible obstacle that will come with it. and tackle it on that day. and go full steam the week ahead !
