The biggest lie about AI is that it removes the need for human work.
Even at extreme accuracy levels, millions of agents introduce constant failure surfaces that need monitoring. One case showed an agent ignoring stop commands while deleting business-critical emails. Someone has to catch those failures, and that role is not low-skill.
