Sourdough hot dog bun
Good to practice making tangzhong. My first attempt making Bakery - style hot dog buns (Recipe from Henry)
My husband requested hot dog buns for dinner, so I had a chance to make tangzhong for the bun.
It ‘s airy and fluffy. The very soft bun was perfect for easy dinner. I can count that it’s my best hot dog bun.
I’ve tried some recipes from the internet, but it’s not soft like this one.
