Irish Soda Bread
I baked two Irish Soda Bread Loaves for my SIL. I forgot to take my own pictures so she sent these to me. Naturally I couldn't cut them since they were for someone else. I made a plain one and a Spotted Dog with orange zest and raisins. The report is they were delicious especially the Spotted Dog.
