We’ve had a lot of new bakers join us in the last few weeks, so I want to take a minute and show you around one of the most important tools we have inside this community. The Recipe Pantry.
If you haven’t been there yet, this is where every recipe I teach lives. Over 130 of them right now, and we’re adding more every week. It’s free for all of you, and it’s free for anyone you want to share it with. ✔️ Full phase breakdowns
✔️ Built-in timers so you don’t have to set them on your phone
✔️ A glossary so when a recipe says “fermentolyse” or “poolish,” you tap the word and learn what it means without leaving the page
✔️ Baker’s percentages calculated automatically
✔️ A scaling tool so you can halve, double, or triple a recipe without having to do the math yourself

And one of the features built right into the Pantry is something we just launched: a weekly newsletter.
Every week I send out a short note that pulls the recipes we’re working on inside the Academy that week, wraps them in a teaching block, and lands in subscribers’ inboxes. It’s designed to keep the bread we’re focusing on top of mind for members who can’t always spend as much time in here as you do. Life gets busy. The newsletter shows up Monday and reminds them what we’re baking, what to prep, and where to find the recipes.
