Scripture has many connections. The best way to begin studying those connections to gain insights into God, His triune nature, His works, and His redemption of this first earth, is to study each book, page by page and recognize when the same words are used in different situations. Isaiah points out that a child will be born whose name will be "Almighty God" and the only other place he uses that term is in Chapter 10 when the remnant of Jacob turns back to "Almighty God" for their deliverance. Jesus Christ is the deliverance of the Jewish people and the predicament of their "partial hardening" during the church age (see Rom 11).
