I had a call yesterday with a friend and past colleague Michelle Graves, who recommended a book "The Seven Levels of Communication: Go From Relationships to Referrals". We both deeply agree about the importance of building and maintaining relationships with clients. At Bill Good Marketing, were we worked together, she as the Head of Client Accounts and I as V.P. of Business Development, both learned so much about how to do it, and to help our clients do it successfully.
I'm sure it will be a great read.
