WEEK 1: KNOW YOUR FUNDING PROFILE

Pull your latest reports from all three bureaus.
Identify your current FICO scores.
Count your open revolving and installment accounts.
Identify your oldest account.
Count your recent inquiries on each bureau.
Calculate your current debt-to-income ratio.

WEEK 2: STRENGTHEN YOUR PROFILE

Review your existing installment loan history.
Identify any inaccurate account information that needs attention.
Review your credit card balances and available limits.
Check your current payment obligations.
Review your savings and financial reserves.

WEEK 3: LIGHTSTREAM CLASSROOM STUDY

Go through the LightStream classroom module. ( How to Get Approved for the LightStream Auto Loan Play )——

Study the different loan purposes available.
Understand how loan amounts, terms and APR affect monthly payments.
Review the application requirements.
Calculate what a $25K loan would actually cost you based on a realistic interest rate.
Determine whether the loan purpose matches your actual financial needs.

WEEK 4: FUNDING READINESS REPORT

Prepare a funding readiness report with:

Your current FICO score.
Your total number of open accounts.
Your oldest account's age.
Your current inquiry count.
Your current debt-to-income ratio.
Your biggest obstacle to qualifying for funding.
Your action plan for December.

You do NOT have to apply for a loan to complete this challenge. We want preparation, not unnecessary hard inquiries.

🏆 THE NOVEMBER GOAL:

By December 1, you should understand your credit profile, know what lenders are looking for, and have a clear plan for positioning yourself for funding.
