Have you noticed that Capital One mentions transfer limits on their savings accounts, but most people never hit them?
I looked into the 360 Performance Savings disclosures, and technically there is a rule that limits certain transfers out of savings accounts each statement cycle. However, Capital One clearly states that they are not currently enforcing these limits and will notify customers if that changes.
Transfers into the account are not limited.
This is a good reminder that bank policies exist on paper, but enforcement can change at any time. Always review the disclosures so you are not caught off guard.
Has anyone here ever had a savings transfer limit enforced by Capital One or another bank?
