Rest as Resistance

Scripture: “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” – Matthew 11:28

Devotional:

In a culture that glorifies hustle, choosing rest is an act of faith. Rest says, “God, I trust You to sustain what I’ve built.” When you slow down, you make space for clarity, creativity, and divine downloads. True productivity flows from peace, not pressure.

Prayer:

Lord, teach me to rest without guilt. Let my stillness become sacred time with You.

Affirmation:

Rest is my strategy, not my setback.

Schedule intentional rest time this week — even if it’s just 30 minutes of silence.
