Lender referrals?
Through the community, do we have access to or can the community exchange referrals for loan opportunities? I have a couple loans I need to place (and earn referral fees) on investment properties. One is a small DSCR purchase in NY and another is a large 64 unit Apt complex refi in SC. Thoughts and direction? TY and Merry Christmas everyone!
