We need a HML who can make an exception for Ag zoned property. This house is in an upcoming upscale neighborhood close to town with no agriculture occurring.
We need a PML who can provide the downpayment, financing, and holding costs.
I will be the full-time project manager with 1 fix and flip experience under my belt, and live within 30min of the subject property.
