What brought you here?

✅To level up my content on socials. I have taken several years off from posting consistently where now I realise that this is the perfect opportunity to rebuild my social rebrand and get it cooking once again.

What are you trying to build?

✅A personal brand that is true to me, true to what I believe and build a following so that I can be the brand of my coaching business (22 years on the personal training/ coaching game- fuck I sound like an old cunt ha ha).

Why MUST you win?

✅ Because my family relies on me succeeding.. I've got the young family going on, and I want to be able to travel around with the family, running my coaching biz with no limits on what we can and cannot do… Basically after the last few years I want to rebuild my personal brand back up again, I did let it go and it shows now (I want to be back better than where I was years ago, with a thriving coaching biz to show).
