Stop re-explaining your project to Claude every session
I got tired of re-explaining my whole project to Claude every morning.
Context runs out. Sessions end. New day, blank slate.
So I built two skills that keep Claude oriented — one at the start of each session, one at the end. About 30 seconds total. Claude picks up exactly where you left off, every time, without you re-explaining anything.
There's a live session journal that Claude updates as you work, and a permanent handoff file written at the end of each day. Context clears mid-session? Journal. New day? Handoff. Either way — no blank slate.
