- The general topic for each video
Example:

Public commitment matters.
Step 2 – Publish Anyway
You are not allowed to:
- Overthink the thumbnail for 5 hours
- Re-film 12 times
- Delay because it’s “not perfect”
Done > Perfect.
Step 3 – Comment “DONE”
When each video goes live:
Reply to your original comment with:
DONE #1 – [Paste Link]
DONE #2 – [Paste Link]
DONE #3 – [Paste Link]
DONE #4 – [Paste Link]
We track completions publicly.
