🛠️ Skills & Responsibilities:

Bachelor's in Art/Design or 7+ years industry experience; 3+ years in drone shows, motion design, game dev (TechArt/Real-Time VFX), or VFX
Develop 3D models, animations, and transitions for drone shows
Run physics checks, corrections, take-off/landing sequences
Implement client and technical feedback into final show assembly and flight preparation
Create static and animation preview renders
Build simulation- and animation-ready procedural assets with Houdini
Maintain and develop in-house assets, tools library, and internal technical guidelines
R&D of technical solutions to support creative vision and solve unique production challenges
Deep understanding of CG animation pipelines and physically based simulation techniques
Experience in VEX and Python development for VFX
Working knowledge of real-time/interactive media pipelines (TouchDesigner/VVVV)
GitLab integration or similar version control experience
Required: Houdini, Blender, Compositing (AE/Nuke/Fusion), Photoshop & Illustrator
Bonus: TouchDesigner/VVVV, Redshift/Octane Render, Unreal Engine
