I'm Janet of Generation X ;) and I spent a lot of my years in creative spaces--producing illustrations, teaching creative writing, running history and museum tours, and even editing a children's magazine. In my 40s, I got trained for counselling and psychotherapy and have been doing that ever since.
I've run community wellbeing circles and groups for mental health education in "meat space" and thought it was time to try this online as well. Learning about neurodivergence and trauma in the last decade has helped me make sense of my own experiences and understand other creatives and neurodivergents.
The Skool platform seems like a great space to put together a lot of things I already like doing online: Participating in discussions, and sharing work and ideas. I hope you'll like it in this community!
