Taxes and Insurance on a wrap
My biggest problem in a wrap is figuring out the end buyers monthly payments that are affordable after considering taxes and insurance. Not that I can't figure the numbers, yet when I do I have to drop the interest rate considerably for it to make sense to the end buyer. That's what I get for buying and selling real estate on the coast. And overall, I don't see many investors taking these into consideration.
