Excuses
Time for some tough love:
I'm always amazed at how nit picky people are when they receive FREE leads!
"oh I only want one zip code"
"oh a couple of the phone numbers were bad"
"oh I called 5 numbers and people didn't answer"
Guys, seriously?!?! You are going to get ZERO deals done like this!
Dive in, stop with the excuses, stop thinking this will be easy with a deal every-other-call, AND MAKE LOTS OF CALLS!
Either be committed to making this work or just give up now.
