Hey Creative Property Community members 👋
These are (below) some of my wins 🏆 for the week so far and bench marks to achieve my goals!
I have shared them in another private group actually ...Here as it is :
"These are my wins 🏆so far!
We have not finished the week yet 😉
a) We are very close to agreeing on 1 massive Lease Option deal in KINGSTON/LONDON.
b) We have started to negotiate on another deal /lead in Manchester too🤞
c) Our accountant has completed ID Confirmation for me and my wife/bussness partner (Without using any third party ) 👌
d) 2X Confirmation statements completed!"
The reason to share these wins (however small they might look like to you or how they are perceived by others ...) is not to bragging ...but to celebrate together!
Also showing others what's it out there to grab or what's possible and achievable .
More importantly to encourage and inspire others too ...
