LAST WEEK I ATTENDED MONEY MAKERS SUMMIT
DAY - 1 & 2 #MONEY MAKERS SUMMIT
I came all the way down from #Manchester for this event to #Peterborough.
In the 1st 2 days of the Summit my notebook is already full and my mind is buzzing!
And I want to share some of the things I have learned and my experinces with you ...
Because, it connects and relates directly to what we do in

Here are the biggest takeaways from me so far 👇
DAY 1 — #Mindset, Finance & the Power of OPM (Other People's Money)...
Ryan Pinnick opened with a session on universal laws around money, mindset, and the conscious vs subconscious mind.
The core message?
Your results in business and life are a direct reflection of what's running in the background of your mind.
The investors who consistently perform aren't just skilled — they're aligned.
Their beliefs match their actions.
Rob Moore summorised us the history of Money Makers Summit and how it developed and evolved over the years ...
One of the proof of this is the inclusion of #AI in this Summit !
AI is already transforming business. He specifically mentioned #Claude as a tool already in play.
As someone trying to use new technologies and new tools in our busdiniss AI will also be part of our daily life not only in our bussinesses business-
Therefore , Rob is absolutely right there ✅️
Chris Rowell delivered a practical session on using credit cards strategically!
He explained how to improve our credit score, building our financial profile, and accessing OPM (Other People's Money).
As Creative property investors, this is music to our ears!
You do not need to use your own money to build a property portfolio.
You need only knowledge, strategy, and the right systems.
DAY 2 — The AI Session Nobody Was Fully Prepared For!
Sabrina Stocker is an AI expert, specialising in #Claude, and her session was a game-changer.
She made it abundantly clear that it's vitally important whether you're a property investor, business owner, or entrepreneur:
✅ AI is not just for answering questions or fact-checking
✅ AI is now building businesses, managing emails, booking appointments, answering phones, and generating leads
✅ On stage, she built a full business plan and a lead generation funnel for a member of the audience — live in minutes!
✅ That same process used to take days and cost thousands (Even just building up a lead generation funnel would take so much time and a lot of money only few years ago!
✅ 70% of jobs will be replaced by AI by 2030.
Her message to business owners was direct and clear:
Adapt now and you will outperform your competitors.
Don't adapt and you will be left behind.
The connection to creative property investing?
Everything we do at #Bodrum Property Group is about finding creative solutions — such as lease options, assisted sales, vendor finance, title splitting,tenant buy — in situations where others see dead ends.
AI doesn't replace that creativity- it supercharges it.
