I know what it feels like to be so blocked that even making a phone call feels impossible. The pressure builds, the anxiety grows, and every day that passes convinces you more and more that you’re failing.
Here’s when I discovered it wasn't me but my unconscious script.
The unconscious mind runs on habituated patterns, and the system’s first job is to keep things the same. That means when we're stuck, our unconscious is actually protecting the very cage we want to escape. It's really a paradox... like sitting on a sharp fence.... It hurts but getting off seems even more painful....So, it gets deeper and deeper....
The way out isn’t brute force. It’s interruption.
For me, it happened with something almost embarrassingly small: I wrote one awkward sentence on paper when I suffered from the writer's block.
That sentence didn’t survive — but it lit a spark. The block magically collapsed the moment I committed something to paper (those days we were using paper). and an avalanche of creativity followed.
That was the moment I understood: every breakthrough is a script rewrite and the rewritten version can happen really fast. And it doesn’t take years. It can take only seconds when we have committed something kinesthetically - did some measurable action..... This is the magic pill...
This is the same principle I’ve seen work with people who felt "beyond stuck "in life, careers, or relationships. Once the unconscious script is cut through and rewritten through some action which cuts through the paralysis stage, the whole system reorganizes and dynamically moves... Creativity flows...
So if you’re feeling stuck, here’s my advice: stop waiting for the “right moment.” Do something — even the smallest thing — to interrupt the loop. That tiny act is the ignition point.
Your unconscious will take the new script and run with it. That’s how momentum begins.
👉 I’d love to hear: what’s one small action you’ve taken in the past that completely rewrote your trajectory? (when you fely somewhat or completely immobilized).
