It takes a leader to develop a leader.
You don’t grow by adding followers.
You grow by developing leaders who can develop other leaders.
If your team can’t lead without you, you haven’t reproduced leadership yet.
Ask yourself:
• Who am I intentionally developing?
• Who could replace me if needed?
• Am I teaching skills or building leaders?
The strongest teams aren’t dependent on one person —
they multiply through leadership.
