Yes, I am, technically still homeless … and waiting for the Court to decide if I can return on Tuesday. In this interval, a friend is going to let me sleep at her place until Tuesday morning.
Thanks to another friend and donations, I have been able to hire a lawyer (only a monthly fee of about $45. And will also call them Tuesday for a consultation.
Then another friend, in a luxury building in Manhattan, may have a place to sleep (at least) if the court denies my return to the apartment!
