Inner Leader check-in
Halfway through the week, I notice a familiar voice showing up: the one that says I should be further along by now.
Not about a deadline. About the deeper work, the becoming. The part of me that creates, that heals, that dares to want something different.
I am learning to thank that voice for trying to protect me, and then gently take the lead anyway. The protector wants me safe. The inner leader wants me alive.
So here is my honest line: today I am choosing the leader, even if my hands shake a little.
