#1: My biggest takeaway is I do have time, I can spend 1 hour a day to build course content. Using life experiences may be helpful in finding the right content for me.

#2: My biggest concern/challenge is finding the right hyper-niche that I love and other people will love.

#3: My course idea is 1) studying techniques (since I'm a student) 2) something around side hustles, like my real estate notary business, which is how we met.
