When stress rises, try this together:
- Pause the moment (no explaining)
- Place one hand on your chest
- Take one slow breath in through your nose
- Exhale longer than you inhaled
Even one breath can interrupt overwhelm.
You don't need to calm all the way down. You just need to soften the moment.
