A Simple Rest for Hard Moments
When stress rises, try this together:
  1. Pause the moment (no explaining)
  2. Place one hand on your chest
  3. Take one slow breath in through your nose
  4. Exhale longer than you inhaled
Even one breath can interrupt overwhelm.
You don't need to calm all the way down. You just need to soften the moment.
If you found this post helpful, I encourage you to save it for later when you may need to revisit the practice.
