Cowgirls Over Coffee is where western, rural, and ranch women find the conversation, support, and accountability it takes to thrive amidst the competing demands of life as mothers, business owners, friends, and community leaders. A space for women rewriting the rules on how to run a business, a household, and half the county's volunteer roster. And, you can't do it alone.
We've all spent plenty of our time and money chasing the right way to do things through conferences, coaching, and retreats. But it's always the women we connect with in these spaces that end up driving the real, long-term value.
Here we set the table, make the introductions, and hand you the core practices to cultivate your own village. From supper clubs and coffee klatches, to monthly meetups and retreats that cost a tank of gas instead of a truck payment. All of it fully equipped and supported by our signature resources, frameworks and practices. It's time to get offline and sit down at an actual table together.
