Great Day!!!! If you're in this industry and haven't considered what your posture could look like when we are ergonomically incorrect most of the time. You should! Simple things like wearing the proper footing, using the hydraulic pump on the styling chairs. Holding our shears properly. It's those little things that will keep us along the way.
