Creative Devotion and Worship
I spent a long time not understanding what it was that I was looking for when it came to devotional practices. I didn't make the connection between creativity and worship until I came back to my faith as an adult. As a non Christian I glorified my planner. I loved it. I spent hours in it. I carried it with me everywhere. I stopped using it when I came back to my faith and I stared at it unused on my desk for a year before I realized I could do this with it, that I could channel that glorification towards God, who actually deserved to be glorified.
How do you use creativity in worship? How do you want to? What are the creative skills or hopes God has planted in you?
