If I do some slower art pieces, is the Buy it Now option a viable way to charge?

I'm getting a little stressed with painting so fast for hours! So I slowed down on a few pieces to a half hour or so each.I'm guessing that I can do the buy it now option and charge more, right?. I haven't registered for ebay yet, I will at the end of the week. These faces are getting so detailed, and I hope that they sell. The last in the row is the 7 minute quickie.
