Coping for Kids LLC | Remote / Flexible
Coping for Kids LLC is seeking a highly motivated Youth Life Coach who is a natural people-person, confident in sales and relationship-building, and excited to grow their coaching work within an established, supportive brand.
About the Role
This is a 1099 independent contractor position designed for coaches who want autonomy, flexibility, and business-growth support, without micromanagement. 90 day probational period to determine if you’re the right fit, based on performance and motivation to succeed. First month training opportunities and certification.
What You’ll Do
• Provide youth life coaching (individual and/or group sessions)
• Actively build and maintain a client base through networking and referrals
• Engage families with confidence and professionalism
• Motivate children and teens using strengths-based, skill-building approaches
• Represent Coping for Kids LLC positively in the community
• Promote your services ethically under the Coping for Kids LLC brand
• Manage your own schedule and availability
Coach Autonomy & Work Style
• No micromanagement, you control your schedule and day-to-day workflow, training available
• Independent decision-making within ethical coaching guidelines
• Trusted to operate professionally as a partner
What We’re Looking For
• Youth life coaching experience or education experience required
• Extremely capable in sales and relationship-building
• Natural people-person who enjoys talking with families
• Comfortable networking and self-promotion
• Self-starter who thrives with independence
• Strong communication, confidence, and motivational skills
• Willing to complete a background check
• Organized, reliable, and youth-focused
• Maintains appropriate boundaries and scope of practice
Marketing, Admin & Growth Support (Perks)
• Marketing assistance, including:
• Design support for flyers, digital graphics, social media posting, and mailers
• Branded promotional materials when requested
• We manage all billing and client intake
• Access to administrative support
• Ability to self-promote within approved guidelines
• Individual coach webpage hosted under Coping for Kids LLC and visibility on company website
• Support with visibility, branding, and credibility
• Leadership focused on growth, not control
• Opportunity for long-term partnership and leadership roles

• This role is coaching only (not therapy)
• Contractors must adhere to ethical standards and child safety policies
