Love that it is not based on lead generating and sales! I was hesitant to pay at first, but I thought, if it isn't what I need I will just cancel after a month. I don't see myself cancelling anytime soon. The prebuilt skills are extremenly helpful and Josh and Tim have made it so easy to understand how they work with their videos. The best part is, is they are not stopping. The community is very active and they listen and engage with all of us, using our chats to fuel their research.

I highly recommend Contractor OS, Tim and Josh. Their practical approach to AI for building and construction is excellent. Their tools and skills can adapt to existing business workflows or help businesses develop better systems and processes from the ground up. They stay across the rapidly evolving AI landscape and focus on practical, real-world applications that can benefit construction businesses and professionals of all sizes.

AI is something we need to embrace, Tim and Josh do the research so we don't have to. The skills and workflows are updated and very useful. Tim and Josh make themselves available which is fantastic. I started using their skills when I was estimating and now I use their skills as a project manager. The skills are working increadibl well. I am getting so much work done!

"We highly recommend both Josh and Tim and have enjoyed working with them to date. In nature they are extremely approachable professionals who are more than willing to help where ever possible as the construction industry further develops - We look forward to seeing what the future of this community brings."

Thoughtful, educational and creative. This group has been instrumental in helping me build and improve my business, through the courses, the skills, and the direct support when I get stuck. I’ve built things I wouldn’t have known were possible six months ago.
