Honest Question — What Part of Running Your Business Do You Hate Most?
Quick question and I want honest answers.
What is the one part of running your contracting business that you hate the most?
Not the work. The work is why we do this.
I mean the other stuff. The part nobody warned you about when you started.
For me it was estimates. Sitting down after a long day and writing something professional when all I wanted to do was eat dinner and watch my kids before bed.
