This is the prompt I use every single week. It turns my rough job notes into a professional written estimate in under 60 seconds.
Copy & edit what's between the lines:

Include:
- A short scope of work description
- A line-item breakdown of labor and materials
- Total cost
- Estimated completion time
- A one-sentence warranty statement
Keep the tone professional but plain. This is going to a homeowner, not another contractor.
