New semester!
Wishing everyone a strong start to a great semester!! I am teaching Contracts 2 this semester so our thread and classroom will soon be filled with content relating to the terms, performance, breach, excuses for non-performance and remedies over the next few months. Of course, if you have any questions related to formation, modification or defenses, let’s chat about that as well because this semester assumes you know all of that too!
