UPDATE: RESOLVED! 🪄✨ Error - QuestOS/Notion - Template Duplication Failed
Looks like one of the wizards waved their wand — or maybe I unlocked the right sequence of nested scrolls. Either way… it’s working now! 🎉 Huge thanks to whoever cast the fix spell ( looking at you 👀🧙‍♂️). Let the dashboard questing begin!

I tried duplicating the QuestOS Command Center today and kept running into a “Duplication Failed” message after about 20-30 seconds.
To rule out anything on my end, I tried:
- âś… Multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
- âś… Mac + Windows
- âś… Cleared cache and cookies
- âś… Rebooted + relogged
- âś… Used both Notion web and desktop app
- âś… Even tested in a fresh Notion account
Still no luck. I can view the dashboard just fine, but the duplication won’t go through. I am using a free Notion account at the moment.
Maybe something’s glitching behind the scenes with the sharing setup? Just wanted to flag in case others run into it too.
Really appreciate the work that went into this — it’s exactly the kind of structure I’ve been looking for and would love to get it up and running.
