Looking for advice with Claude oddities

Hi! I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed some degradation over time with Claude. Namely, Claude ignores the prompt located it the Project Knowledge in a fresh chat session. I've added some MCPs which I thought might be the culprit, so I tried turning them off just to diagnose the root issue to no avail.

I'm using Claude Desktop primarily and I am on a Pro plan. Have you experienced this at all and did you find a way to resolve it?
