I have slipped on this practice and unfortunately as it has quite an impact, I’m kicking it back off to restart the positivity and tapping into the feeling of collective peace.
I really loved doing this and felt such a benefit from it, so I regret letting it slip!
It’s in our group calendar at 5pm GMT because that worked for most time zones for everyone - but feel free to join in at a different time if that works better for you.
To join in, you stop and spend 5 min doing the following routine:
1. Centre mind & feel gratitude
2. Send love to all of humanity & earth
3. Receive energy for your goals
4. Gratitude for your goals as if fulfilled
5. Send love to all of the CT members
